ABAC Arts Connection
Rooted in Wonder
Arts & Culture at ABAC 2025-2026
Why do we need live arts? Live arts bring people together, transcending cultural and social divides, creating a shared experience and fostering a sense of community and belonging. They serve as a powerful way to preserve and express cultural heritage. They transmit cultural stories, traditions, and histories across generations, ensuring that cultural legacies thrive. In other words, live arts are an expression of who we are in all the diversity that makes up the rich tapestry of our society. It is a celebration of who we are and of the times we share.
This year’s season of Arts & Culture at ABAC provides a tremendous variety of events celebrating both classical and popular arts and cultural events. It features unique arts presentations like Lightwire Theater’s presentation of Dino-Lite, which has no spoken dialogue, but presents its story entirely of characters made of light accompanied by lush, beautiful music helping to tell the story. The season also features authors, poets, classical brass, a jazz quartet, great choral masterworks, tributes to the great popular musicians and music of our time, and even a theatrical murder mystery dinner. This highly diverse offering of events is reflective of each of us. We are not one-dimensional; in each of us there is a huge variety of things we enjoy and the capacity to explore the wonders life offers us.
Join us this year at this tapestry of cultural events which celebrate our times and our identities through the rich diversity of these events.
